Delivery Process
Our products are delivered within 7-21 business days from the date of order.
Deliveries are made through our contracted logistics companies, and your products are carefully packaged to prevent damage.
Prior to delivery, you will be notified via phone or SMS.
Please check the product packages at the time of delivery. If any damage or missing parts are noticed, it is important to have a damage report created by the delivery personnel.
Installation Process
Installation service will be provided free of charge by our professional team either together with delivery or within 5 business days at the latest (applicable in certain regions).
During installation, our team will set up your products and provide a brief explanation of their use.
Please ensure that the installation area is prepared in advance (clear space, electrical outlets, floor conditions, etc.).
Important Notes
Delivery and installation services may vary depending on the delivery location. Please confirm this information with our customer representative before placing the order.
If there is no elevator in apartment buildings, an additional transport fee may be required for carrying the products to higher floors.
Wall mounting during installation will only be done with customer approval.
