Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. At Seven Kids, we are committed to supporting you in case of any dissatisfaction with the products you purchase. Below you can find all the details regarding our return and exchange processes:
Return Conditions
Products Eligible for Return:
- Products that have not been assembled,
- Unused,
- Undamaged,
- In original packaging and with all accessories included.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Products manufactured with custom size, color, or pattern,
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- If there is a manufacturing defect, missing part, or damage due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Manufacturing defects are our responsibility and will be resolved free of charge.
Return / Exchange Process
- You can initiate your return or exchange request by sending an email to siparis@sevenkids.com.tr or by calling our customer service.
- Once your request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided.
- After the product is received and inspected:
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 30 business days.
- If the exchange is approved, the new product will be shipped to you.
Important Notes
- For damages caused during shipping, a damage report must be filed at the time of delivery.
- Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without an invoice.
